  • Perception of common charges (condo fees).
  • Preparation of checks and payment of suppliers.
  • Bookkeeping and production of monthly financial statements (or according to the schedule established by the Board).
  • Preparation of the annual budget and monitoring of the income/expenditure balance. Ensure the relevance of the estimated budget and report to the Board any deviation from the actual budget.
  • Application of outstanding accounts receivable collection procedures (registered letters, formal notices, legal hypothecs, etc.) according to a policy approved by the CA.
  • Collaborate with the auditor and provide him with any documents deemed necessary for the preparation of audited financial statements.
  • Development of strategies to reduce expenses, while improving the quality of life of co-owners.
